Noyremu

Noyremu belongs to the Kayapo people, who are more properly called by their autonym Mebengokre, "people of the wellspring". They live along the Xingu river in the Amazon rainforest. They paint their bodies black after the insects who taught their ancestors how to be a society, in order to better communicate with Spirit. The beaded bands worn by children are in the colours of their tribe.
